Text messages from NovoTract Holdings
NovoTract Holdings LLC buys land and houses directly from their owners. We text the owners who ask us to, about their enquiry and their property: answers to their questions, our offer, the purchase agreement to review and sign, and updates until closing. We never text purchased lists, and we send no marketing texts.
1. How to sign up
- Open our message form at novotract.com/#contact: the Contact us link at the foot of every page, or the round button in the corner, opens it. The offer forms on novotract.com/land and novotract.com/house have the same box.
- Type your mobile number, and tick the optional box that says:

Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Not a condition of any answer or offer. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Send the form. The box is never ticked for you, and you don't have to tick it to send us a message or to get an offer.
If you call us, we ask before we text you, tell you the same things, and note your answer. You can also text START to our number to turn our texts back on after you stopped them.
2. What to expect
- Message frequency varies: usually a few messages while we talk about your property.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (307) 218-8725, or email [email protected].
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time (QUIT, END, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE work too). We confirm it once and send nothing more.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Your privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, or text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use say the rest.
