  1. You tell us about it

    Choose land or a house above and answer a few questions. Sending them does not commit you to anything.

  2. We look at it ourselves

    We review the property and what similar ones have sold for, and we may ask you for a few photos. If it is not a fit, we tell you plainly.

  3. You decide

    If it is a fit, we explain what we can offer and how it would work. The closing date is agreed between us, and we can buy quickly if you need us to. You are free to say no.
