We look at the parcel, its access, and what comparable land has sold for. Some properties are not a fit for us, and we will say so plainly.

We contact you either way. If we are interested we explain what we can do and what the process looks like. You are free to decline.

No agent commission
We are not agents, so there is no commission on a sale, and we never charge you to look at a property. Any costs that do arise in a closing are set out in writing before you sign anything.

If the property is not right for us we tell you, and we tell you why. A clear no is more useful to you than a vague maybe.
